A range plan and open-to-buy tracker to show you exactly what you've committed to and where you have room to move. Scope is agreed in your proposal. All projects include Stages 1, 2, 3, and 5 as standard. Stage 4 detail, category plans, range plan, and sizing tool, is included in full-scope projects.

Stages 1 to 5
We work through the five stages with regular check-ins and review sessions at key milestones. You're kept involved throughout, but we do the heavy lifting.
Final Handover
We walk you through everything in a final review session. You leave with the complete toolkit, the video walkthroughs, and a written action plan for your next season.
